1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, clearance items, and bedding are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Return Process

  1. Email support@nexastorehub.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
  3. Securely package the item and include the RMA number.
  4. Ship the item to the provided address within 14 days of receiving the RMA.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

  • To arrange an exchange, email support@nexastorehub.store, subject to product availability.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless the item is defective.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@nexastorehub.store with photos.
  • We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
